Review of Purchase and Sales Agreement and Addendums, Draft Transaction Documents (Deed, Vermont Property Transfer Tax Return, Smoke Detector Certification, and other required forms), discussions with purchaser’s attorneys, realtors and clients. Full use of our knowledgeable real estate team. Our staff will attend closing to ensure our client understands all documents that are required for the seller to execute, resolving any closing issues, review the settlement statement with the client, and negotiate escrow agreements for matters to be done post-closing, and make sure the property is not conveyed until your closing proceeds have been received,
